What are we supposed to do when we get a service call and the guy isn’t onsite and has no idea where the equipment is? Very frustrating!

The back door at the shop doesn’t always open with the pass code. I spent 45 minutes trying to grab some parts in the middle of the night. Can someone please look into this.

I changed some set points on the chiller at Liberty House to get it through the night. We should probably send someone there first thing in the morning to check on it.
